Personally, I think holders are going to look back at the consolidation as one of the best things that ever happened to IMU.
It effectively rights the ship and allows for future expansion and research funding - both essential for a research phase biotech company.
At the moment with 8bil shares on issue, IMU is hamstrung and lacks any flexibility. In addition, a lower SOI will attract investors. 8bil shares is a turnoff for investors.
This is resetting the clock.
