I don't disagree. But regardless of devotion, she does not own those minerals and there's no decent argument for why exploration can not proceed. If you go back and look at her old TV interview she claims the land was ruined but the story provides zero evidence of this.

An exploration arbitration would look at the risk of environmental damage (which would be next to none for clearing tracks and putting some drills in the ground). Hence my view that any arbitration would find in our favour.

Different story when it comes to enviro and mining permits because there is a reasonable argument of enviro damage if a mine is constructed.

But that's really neither here nor there because we wouldn't even be likely to apply for these for at least another year.
