    hey Guys

im not running anywhere and as stated im a holder.

The thing is NC sold off 5 million in December and a futher 7 million in Feb.

The peak was on the 4th Jan.

Now if those shares never got thrown into the mill would the SP currently be higher???
This isnt a witch hunt this is just me, a beginner trying to see reasones why this SP in particular hit $2.34 on the 4th Jan and hasnt been any where near it since.
    The fundamentals havent changed???
There also hasnt been any news really good all bad.
So once again had all those shares still been in Nicks possession would the SP be higher??
    I think it would be??
However i also think NC is quite with in his rights to do what he did and had valid reasons.
My point were im heading is if this is the only reason the SP has dropped are we currently missing a buying potential that in 3,6 or 12 months time we will be going. Dam i could of bought if Feb but i was spooked by nothing???

NICHOLAS Curtis, the executive chairman of Lynas Corporation, has for the second time in two months made it to the head of the directors' selling table.

Lynas, the booming rare earths producer, has seen its scrip soar from 50? to as high as $2.35 in less than a year and Mr Curtis has cleaned up handsomely.

In December, he sold 5 million shares at around $1.50 apiece following the exercise of 5 million options at 11? an option.

Advertisement: Story continues below He has just peeled off a further 7 million shares and sold them into the market at around $1.93 each.

In December, the scrip moved considerably higher following his sale, but this time the shares beat a hasty retreat. The day following his disposals were reported, the shares fell from $1.90 to $1.70. But they have now recovered somewhat, closing yesterday at $1.77.

Mr Curtis retains $28 million of stock, not to mention 31 million employee incentive options.

Meanwhile, directors are now required to disclose details of transactions occurring in blackout periods and the ASX has been reminding directors of their obligations.
