to me the raise is not a bad idea as DT said. trials can fail and they will be in a much better position to move to contingency plans, continue with galedesivir with cash in the bank in the instance where the trial outcome isn't good.
otherwise a trial failure will smash the share price and they will be having to raise from that low point.
