In my opinion Moodys is a total laughing stock. I wouldn't believe a thing they say on upgrades or downgrades. Bear Sterns, Lehman, on and on, all AAA. Didn't downgrade them until they went bust from memory? Nice protection there for holders on that one. They were really looking out for you.
