a potential "buyer" of the business does not just pay the market cap. They pay the enterprise value. On the enterprise value metric, is the company "cheap" historically?
besides a couple of short blips, this looks to be the same valuation it has been for most of the last 10 years (it could get much cheaper).
Is the debt worth 100 cents in the dollar? And if it is not, what is the equity worth then.......
the board need to pull a rabbit out of the hat, i don't like their chances...
