( Part 1) Ok let us say we get to mediation and things go our way for a change.
No court case no dirty laundry. ( That worries me )
(Part 2 )Then Government hangs us out to dry before we drill due to environmental reasons.
If we get to hearing now then I would say part 2 will be allot harder for government to throw a spanner in the works. ( Assuming we win )
As it stands it does not make sense not to get to hearing ? ( To me anyway )
