I have invested in Hoppercomps since 2015. Me since 2008
he had a big affection forgiving about 30% discounts. Agreed –there should be more discussion around why this occurs and not just at PH Co's
he accepted deals with Lindand Belll Potter as well as Regal who then shorted the hell out of the 3 comps. Yes, but that’s what sharks do (see above), and PHcompanies aren’t the only ones in this boat!
RAD's CEO had enough andtook him, quote RAD CEO "at 55!" investor and pharma presentations,to secure the Lantheus / US funds deal. I expect nothing less - raising money andsecuring partnerships is the CEO’s responsibility.
Even ALA's Baker, fired by Hopper off RAD OK, OK, I can’t buy into this theory. You have no proof he was fired. PH hired him at ALA and then invited him to the CHM board. Who’s to say a 1st time CEO with a massive funding hill to climb found an additional, and very closely related company (NK FFS – a v small market!) board role too big an ask?? Not you, not me!
has been able to secure$12.5m for actually nothing to show for. Again, that’shis job, and yeah, he did very well, but he also has a well connected boardwith a reasonable track record in raising money and an exceedingly supportiveWA funder.
I would easily accept theHopper way if the assets were just crap, worth nothing. But according to allscientists and clinical staff involved the opposite seems to be the case. I agree with you here – they all own investable assets
Hopper must go or at leastleave the finance side to someone else more capable and willing to fight forfair value. The 3 comps need a fighter, not a wimp. Is this the foundation of your dislike – you think he’s awimp?
can't Hopper get a raise at1c done based on the latest success!Again, fair point. See above
Hopper must be replaced, simple. IMHO, never going tohappen, despite The Pig’s efforts.
You know the sector. You know how many go out the back door. You know how much $ has been frittered by wastrels on vaporware. I honestly don’t believe there’s much fundamentally wrong here or at RAD. Jury is out on IMU. Is it PH? Possibly. Would removing him be the magic wand? I severely doubt it.
