You gotta hand it to these guys, their capital management hasn't been too shabby at all.
1. MLX received a $5m payment for the change to the convertible note amendment with CYM (Cyprium).. One could take the view that this $5m has been used to fund the strategic stake in ELT.. What i like is it creates a platform for a takeover launch if necessary down the track
2. They have taken the stake at sub-9c per share when ELT was trading at 17c only a year ago.. I like it
