Have you done your research into the BODs past failures?
Past performance is pretty important to institutional investors, its the reason SYA trades at such a deep discount to peers.
1.5c alarm bells should be ringing to retail holders but RCF seem comfortable with a 3.2c placement as long as they get BOD oversight, why? RCF haven't requested BOD oversight before, happy to be corrected but I couldn't find it.
RCF are getting in for AJM V2 which was one of the biggest gains they have made, by simply placing the ALO project in competant hands they made a multi bag return, didn't feel the need to request BOD oversight for that deal why?
Looks like SYA have parted way with some of the social media team.
