AGM 2025 - Misleading Statements from the Chairman - Viana

After attending the AGM online, I came away, shocked and concerned by the number of misleading statements made by our Chairman, Antonio Viana.

It's very worrying when you add up the quantity of misinformation from the AGM, and the fact that our board sat silently and did not attempt to clarify or correct anything our Chairman said. The board are clearly not doing their job.

I have a number of items that I'd like to highlight from the AGM. Rather than post one extremely long post, that people won't read, I am going to put each item in as separate post.

So anyone not interested in this, can skip the thread entirely, although I think everyone should care about this.

I realise the AGM video has not been released, but I know some shareholders have recorded it and many either attended in person or watched online. If anyone feels I have incorrectly transcribed or misunderstood, please let me know, but I believe what I have written is an accurate reflection of events.
