The merged company will have a stronger cash balance and the offtake will be no longer. Have a look at piedmonts numbers.. this will make the merged realised price better than SYA’s alone. Still, most likely not in the green yet though considering the drop in spod prices recently.
Look, pricing has to rise again at some stage, and as I’ve said before, it’s about who is in the best position to capitalise on it when it eventually does.. Elevra is one of the companies that is well placed!
