Remember a sale would go to the vote and the very recent investors almost own the lions share and they paid .005c that coupled to the BOD ,, they hold the voting power.. most of them will probably stay on with the new entity... $$$$
Also very hard to get $1b when they can buy on the open market
Many here would take 10c all day long .... in a heart beat
