My Take, not an AI breakdown of the KEY steps and the sequence I think they will need to happen in to allow the Sale of AVZ’s interest in the Manono Project
Set-up security deal with DRC, allowing the way for key steps for sale to fall into place. I believe the US have sent DRC gov an agreement to be signed off on.
AVZ to agree to Suspend and ultimately drop legal proceedings against DRC Gov in ICSID,
Agreement from DRC gov to issue mining license to Kobold (and potential partners) to develop mine and bring to market.
Kobold and AVZ to agree on a sale price deemed Fair, I am sure once the security agreement between DRC and US Gov is signed off, this can then happen/be announced/continue.
If the 4 points listed above happen, then all the other small things can fall into place, many needing to happen at the same time, with agreement from all the interested parties on several of the steps required.
Basic order as I see it.
1: Security deal (US-DRC)
2: Agree to suspend legal proceedings (AVZ)
3: Agree to issue ML to Kobold upon purchase (DRC)
4: Fair value sale price agreed to (Kobold-AVZ)
I think it could feel much like trying to herd cats to get this to happen when there are so many parties with vested interests in the project.
DRC have a few items to motivate them to allow this to happen:
Avoid the ICSID court
Increase in tax income through enforcement of existing tax laws. Part of US security deal.
Stability in region to allow further development of other mineral deposits.
My $00.02 on where I think we will end up price wise is somewhere around the $1.00 to $1.40 au, like other I will happily take more, I have written the money off so anything is a gain.
