So, Peter Meurs exercised 11.5 million options by paying almost $1.8m. He also bought some shares on market at 48c. He now owns 15% of the company! Must be very confident
also tells us it’s not option holders dumping shares after conversion, given majority of the options converted were Peter’s which he is holding!!
