I don't think so @Surandy70. It explicitly states that all directors have agreed to receive 100% of their salary as share rights.
I know it says up to $185,753K, but I believe, reading the clauses below that this only refers to the possibility that if one of the directors didn't serve the full term they would have a lower payment.
So in summary, they have agreed to take no salary and defer the ability to convert these rights into shares until the end of the Phase 2 trial
