This is tragic. Hard to imagine management being paid millions a year for this poor performance.
While we have nothing else to measure against, share price is the only thing we have due to lack of information. I'm all for rewarding management for performing but not for this. HC said salaries were comparative to "like" companies internationally. Were they "like" companies that perform so tragically bad?
Someone's head needs to roll but perhaps it's too late for that.
