@Diablito I was just thinking the same thing. There's always someone downramping ZNO whenever the share price moves up. All accounts are audited so insinuations that something is not right here are unfounded.
The ZNO team have done well to get through all the trials and regulatory hoops to get this whole new technology off the ground. Partnering with OSY has worked well for them and UK supermarkets clearly see the benefits to come. A measurable ROI is definitely a no-brainer.
Yes, capital has been raised in the past and may well be required moving forward but once a company is locked into using this tech for their packaging, it's just rinse and repeat.
Management have supported fundraising by taking 100% of entitlements in the past. I agree, they likely have millions of reason to do so again.
