I find yesterday’s high volume and the filing of the affidavit too coincidental after such a long spell of minimal transactions. I would love to know who, why and what their game plan is.
Putting my curiosity aside and taking the tin foil hat off, these are all positive steps being taken by Asset. The noose is tightening on the gov, keep fighting or fold?? That’s the question. they are backed in to the corner now and I wonder if Ed ignored the NOPTA advice at his own peril. Time will tell
