They are obviously very intelligent people who know how valuable LIN is and happy that there are so many unintelligent or desperate shareholders willing to sell them 11.5 million shares at low prices. Hopefully those shareholders get an education or run out of shares soon so LIN's share price can better reflect the true value of this asset soon.
