I already knew this TO wouldn't happen just by the SP action big drop by people in the know over a week ago. The big issue how do we trust this same crap management to move us ahead? Oh well thought I had seen the worst of this horrible company . Can't remember who the poster was but he offloaded all his shares close to TO price he is a genius lol
