Control refer to who the majority owner is. Currently 'control' is held by all the shareholders. Chnage of control means one entity will own more than 50% of the stock (likely 100% in my view) so that they control all decisions (ie have more than 50% of vote and majority board representation). Not sure what you mean by change to 'US control'. Can't see the US government buy us.
