mate I have to strongly disagree on this one. Only one second tier Chinese graphite firm caught the largest tariff. Most were only hit with 6.5%. A 950% across the board was never going to happen but I had expected a recommendation of at least 50% and maybe 100% for all Chinese graphite. I really do not think there is much good news in this for the market even if this does get accepted at end of year. The fact that a clothing company was included also makes no sense to me. What were they smoking? I still think I am missing something.
