Another possible transaction that might fit the description of "a potential change of control transaction involving the Company" might conceivably be the sale or demerger of one of our projects like Tererro for cash or shares in another company. Remember the demerger of our cobalt assets to Koba Resources Ltd which was spun out of NWC.
