This Tiger deal is not the best but it is what LCL attracted after a long period with the assets on the market.
However, Tiger deal is the only real deal. The other is a circus deal... not serious.
I voted YES this time and want this deal done and dusted
So we can give management a chance to find something big in PNG... and even on the approval of the deal... we may get a rerate already above 1.5c
The $7.5M cash allow management to put some good drill campaigns in PNG.
The $14M deal + 1% Royalty is not ideal but it is what it is.
1% Royalty can be sold later on to a gold royalty fund. 1% royalty = around 260koz @ $104M = it can be sold later on for over $30M
LCL should wish Tiger find a lot more gold there... so royalty grows and i think that is going to grow a lot more.
