JFC you're meant to be representing a listed company, play the game not the man. I think there may be some experience LC has after graduating that you're keen to overlook just to have a kick.
Dr Daniel Tillet does not have the financial nous to be a CEO, he's just a biochem grad.
Finance people have a pretty good track record of running ASX companies - not all of course as there have been some terrible finance CEOs, but having a deep technical understanding of the financial side of your business seems to help.
If you understand the issue with the above, but not your own comment then I suggest you take some time to reflect. Your attitude and ego is strangely reminiscent of many other career academics I've had the pleasure of working with.
