i thinj jts prudent management waited for stronger cashflow.
Paying down debt I'd like to see once they've bought up all the $2 or lower shares.
If they can buyback 25 million shares this year thats simply more dividends per share later when presumably the market will be pricing us above $3 and maybe these shorters turn into aggressive buyers
