I agree mickeebee, I just cant fathom how a $245M mkt cap company that is bleeding money and under immense debt can justify a CEO base salary of $3m+. Especially when considering the 80-90% drop in share price during the timeframe of Douglas's tenure. I may be wrong but did i read here on HC that he has a lousy 60,000 CRN shares himself?
