Without Prejudice
If you check your facts carefully, you will discover that it was in fact Mr Tay that made the decision to do the Uranium mining.
Mr Tay recommended and oversaw expenditure of $1.5 million on risky coal exploration to earn 15% in the Tiaro Coal JV (now diluted to 10%). I was present at a meeting when Carson told Tay that he did not think the Tiaro project was a good one.
It was Tay who recommended the spending of $0.5 million on a uranium exploration on tenements at Yanrey which did not belong to the Company, resulting in an unresolved dispute and litigation and court costs, including a dispute over a drilling contract which resulted in a 6 figure settlement.
Please check your facts before you talk about bias
