Take a look at the daily course of sales - its peppered with small parcel sells. Fundies are accumulating by drip feeding these small sells and buying up when frustrated impatient sellers capitulate and dump. This is exactly what they want. The falling Ur price has helped.
The sector could re rate with a recent uptick in the spot price. If the accumulators can keep the price down though, even more holders will dump becuase they think the stock has a curse on it.
