I'm not sure what all the concern is about? Soon they are expected to start shipping DSO and that will be the start of the cash flow. I expect to see the SP bounce at that point. The talk of 'cost blowouts' is over estimated in my opinion as they are being compared to the BFS estimates which were provided years ago... Yes there may well be increases in capital costs but you'd expect that on such a larges scale project!
Perfect buying opportunity IMO.
