3 issues from my pov.
If CR is to bring forward BS Mill refurb thats a good thing. (Midterm cost savings)
If CR is due to delays in 3rd party mill processing that a good thing. (cashflow timing issue)
If CR is due to conerstone investor ( private placement) rhats a good thing.
The CR presentation will be very important to sell the message.
