Whatever the case this is a sheer disappointment. Drifting down post a 15% decline. Never have I been in a stock under possible takeover and it’s trading nowhere in sight of the range of the bids. Sold at 4.78 on the first bid announced at 5 bucks. Sorry I got back in for a stab with average 3.86.
