Hard to say as sentiment always over shoots. However the chart tells you we are in bargain territory under $8. I finally completed my order at $8 this morning after touching a tiny parcel at the $7.58 bottom.
Logic tells you they are at least going to pay $0.44 in dividends, with a final a chance (if the start of this year is anything to go by) of maybe 1c or 2c extra in the kitty.
At $0.44c and an $8.00 SP people are getting 5.5% return on their money or (like me) 7.75% with franking credits which is a s..t load better than current bank interest rates and we all know where they are heading!!
