I could forgive this if they at least put an effort into fixing it in the future.

I would also argue it is just as much on the AMA for releasing information publicly prior to ensuring stakeholders are properly informed.

The rejection itself I don't see this as too big of a deal if there is proper guidance as to how to resubmit. I'm a heavy investor on mesoblast an they were rejected by the fda twice before getting a product through.

For the moment however I am comfortable with stepping out, and may come back in before September, or when codes are accepted.
