The contraceptive was given the green light by the FDA on information given it ( sloppy management probably cocked this up ) the FDA claims Mayne's presentation makes false or misleading claims and presentation about the risks . Hence the massive fall in share value and trading pause . Could go either way , no way we can feel confident Cosette doesn't have grounds withdrawing from their offer commitment , realize Cosette would have been notified about FDA concerns but we don't really know what their reaction was ( don't have any confidence in what we're told by management ) Cosette advisors needed time in regards this and other concerns they have in regards proceeding or not , think Cosette is within their rights to not follow through with their offer , hope I'm wrong down so far now desperately need Cosette to proceed , enough carnage .
