They have been very clear that it was rejected on technicality only and can resubmit without penalty…. Very common
the approval is a formality only
SP was 36c when we had no chance of knowing the outcome….. we know it will be accepted (barring a act of god)
Remember fear of losing your money is the most common form of obtaining cheap shares for institutional investors…..
