From reading today's FMJ forum it appears that some may not appreciate the way in which the ASX and the Listing Rules operate.

It appears evident that the Company has a significant announcement to make but that the ASX has raised some concerns about this announcement.

For example, as it is to do with mining, the Listing Rules requires the Company to make any statements about size of the mines, etc in accordance with the JORC Code. Perhaps this is a difference of opinion on what can be/or should be said?

Furthermore, is it possible that the deal is so big (fingers crossed) that the Company may have to undertake a prospectus and the ASX is seeking clarification on what steps the company is going to take?

Whatever the case, IMO everyone needs to take a deep breath and trust that the management is doing the right thing.
