I agree Grim Peak BOD are an absolute disgrace and are purely a lifestyle BOD and the sooner we are out the better. Why should the bast#rds get performance shares for under selling and under performing when we pay them so much. Good riddance to them. The BOD did not do the deal Shenghe laid down the terms and Bardin and co all just bent over, smiling, shame on them for reccomending such a low ball deal.
