'what will people like us for ?' ------------absolutely the wrong way to go about things -- because basically - they are literally saying - 'we'd like to be in power - what do we need to get us there ?' AND WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS, THIS WAY? --- same old crap --------- they think they are born to rule, egotistical people, who are sure that they're better than others ------------ just need to figure out what to believe in - that will convince others ---------- wow - smells very very very much like how religions begin

@pintohoo ; re your post which included "... just need to figure out what to believe in ..." and "... wow - smells very very very much like how religions begin " The death of Pope Francis, selection of Pope Leo and Albanese's self-indulgent Catholicism have combined to create the perfect foil to the Coalition's desperate attempts to exploit divisions based on religion. The sequel to Scomo's hand-clapping era ended at the pulpit.
