People holding the proxies were told they could bring them to the meeting (They'd contacted Xcend beforehand to confirm) - no need to submit the paperwork beforehand is what they were told, but once there, they were then told paperwork had to be submitted 48hrs before the meeting. This is the crap we are dealing with. If those proxies were recognised, the outcome of several Resolutions would have been different
