    20% of a factoring biz fresh off a big EPS guidance downgrade...

    Let's wait a see what the rationale is here, not a great look of they offer a premium bid for Earlypay.

    It's not a very high quality business, which offers opportunity and risk I am not sure is required when you can just buy back 50m of stock over tine instead of a factoring business?
