After selling Misima, KSN has the cash to acquire TLM's Cobar assets. No question there.
TLM is hellbent on finding a Tier One deposit. Anything else superfluous to its plans needs to be sold off & funds returned to shareholders. Kerry Harmanis paid as much as 90c a share when he got involved with TLM over a decade ago. It's time to get some of that money back in his own pocket as we are well funded thanks to the Wonmunna royalty.
TLM is a great company, one of very few that doesn't dilute it's shareholders. But things need to move a lot faster. Things are moving at a glacial pace.
