Yes, it was all detailed in the offer documents for the rights issue. These are part of the shares issued under the offset arrangement. Because the previous BOD made so many mistakes in relation to PDF compliance etc, which led to suspension, and because the ASX originally had a re-instatement condition of "PEP11 approval", the cash wasn't there to pay Directors. On completion of the rights issue/offset arrangement/shortfall offer, all debts, including Directors Fee owing, have been settled. Result - Debt free and circa $3M in the bank.
