Hello. It takes time for things to be certain because they must drill and then announce mineral assemblage. The steps are:
1. Drilling
2. HM (Heavy Mineral) results.
3. Mineral assemblage results (which tell us exactly how much rutile & other stuff is in the HM).
4. PUA is currently reporting HM but HM cannot guide us. Only mineral assemblage provides any relevant accuracy.
