Probably but holders of TIE will tell you there were some shenanigans at the end when it was taken over by Chinese interests at what retail holders considered a less-than-fair value price. I don't know the fine details and peoepl seem reticent to tell me. I do know In AUE management has a bigger stake with earn out on quite a few 50c options in lieu of salary. So bending them/us over this time will be harder. I think I'm just been bent over on NWC and XAM following the same on RXM last year so I'm a title sore. Not to say I didn't make money but no one enjoys missing out of 25%-50% of fair value.
