ah...thanks for the clarification / interpretation the events directly relevant to PL5 outcomes and announcements related to same make it pretty clear a lot of additional R&D / process adjustments went into the manufacture of PL6 = the pass/fail outcome is anything but certain and bears no relationship to the timing of any news release relative to pass / fail
first silicon pass / fail rates support this view - as does PL3 & 5
just another interpretation till news is at hand
