You are an absolute clown and a liar. You quoted the article https://www.smartcompany.com.au/technology/stripe-australian-lead-steers-clear-of-tyro-takeover-talks/ . Nothing in that article said Stripe have made an offer for $2.20. You added that sentence yourself to make it sound like it came from James Frank. If people lose money from your statements, I hope they sue the hell out of you.
