ASN were always going to have a stage 1, and here we are , we still have a stage 1 and the only reason why is due to thenfleet footed Bruce who bought the private land...
we've just moved location to where the permitting was easier, and very close to all systems go for stage 1 (albeit a bit later than we'd all like)...
We have the best infrastructure in place of any project I've read about...
What's also great about where we are at with GR private is that it's proof of concept and sets a precedent for PBP east and west... geology is pretty much the same, most of the work is done on those other claims, it'll be a matter of getting the last few permits signed.
With all the permits in place and enough money ASN could could build out two to three plants concurrently if the USA gov deemed it necessary..
We also have superior ESG credentials and a tiny footprint compared to HR.
There the "only positives" I can think of too..
