The rules are there for a reason .. just b/c others didn't follow doesn't mean it is right ! ... but I am happy as an investor that ASIC is following up ! Hopefully, they will work their way down from the "tall poppies" ... but in the end .. we have to follow the rules right ?
As for FMG investors this is probably a good thing in the L-Term as it is best for a cpy to have focus on results rather than the actions of one person !!
